PROJECT MANAGER ASSISTANT Possesses a university degree or adequate training + relevant work experience which may be accepted in lieu of a university degree. GENERAL FUNCTIONS: Under the direct supervision of the Project Manager, the incumbent will assist with the following tasks: Assist the Project Manager in all mission activities. Organizing meetings and appointments of Project Manager. Managing the agenda and visitors of the Project Manager. Prepare documents required by the Project Manager. Assist the rest of Implementing Partner (IP) Team in any activity relating to the objectives of the mission (meeting/briefing preparations, preparation of office distribution and daily supplies, distribution of equipment). Liaison with hotels (rooming lists, events, etc.) Ensure all secretarial tasks of the Project Manager (filing, copies, reproductions). Maintain and update telephone lists and mailing lists.
