The Public Service Commission invites applications from suitably qualified Gambians for a Director, Grade 11 position at the Directorate of Local Governance and Decentralization, Ministry of Lands, Regional Government and Religious Affairs. The Director advises the Permanent Secretary on local governance, formulates and coordinates decentralisation policies and reforms, supervises professional conduct and staff development, coordinates stakeholders, regulates local-government standards, ensures proper use of resources, prepares budgets, and develops the Directorate's annual work plan.
