Job Title: Data Entry Clerk, Grade 3 Number of Vacancies: One (1) position Qualifications: Minimum qualification WASSCE/GCE O LEVEL with three (3) credits. Duties and Responsibilities • Ensuring the timely entering of the field data in a proper and logical manner to make data processing and analysis easier and less time consuming. • Also ensuring as far as possible the minimisation of human errors during the data entry process; and • Familiarizing themselves with a range of common computer software usage to assist needy staff in specialized computing operations. Skills Fluency in English and at least one local language; Proficiency in smartphones/tablets for data entry; Prior survey experience is an asset and must be in good health and available for fieldwork. Salary The salary attached to the position is Grade 5 of the New Government Integrated Pay Scale, i.e.D45, 703.00 (Forty-five Thousand Seven Hundred and Three Dalasi) Per Annum.
