Location: The Gambia Employment Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s products and services Drive business growth through customer acquisition and retention initiatives Manage advertising campaigns across multiple channels (digital and traditional) Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders Coordinate promotional activities, events, and brand awareness campaigns Monitor and report on marketing performance and ROI Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field Diploma in Insurance (added advantage) Practical knowledge of marketing and advertising techniques Strong communication and interpersonal skills Computer literate (MS Office and digital marketing tools) Proficiency in English and at least one local language Ability to work independently and as part of a team Personal Attributes: Goal-oriented and self-motivated Strong organizational and analytical skills Creative thinker with attention to detail High level of integrity and professionalism Remuneration: Attractive and competitive, based on qualifications and experience.
