Job Title: Records Clerk, Grade 3 Number of Vacancies: Six (6) Positions Qualifications: 3 WASSCE Credits / 4 GCE ‘O’ Level credit passes including English Language Job Summary This role is essential to the effective management, organization and preservation of records, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient access to information. Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for recording official correspondences. Responsible for the general orderliness and maintenance of files and documents. Provides basic assistance to visitors, researchers and office staff. Carries out regular file census. Performs the above tasks if applicable in an electronic records management system. Key Competencies: strong commitment to confidentiality teamwork Salary: The salary attached to the position is Grade 3 of the New Government Integrated Pay Scale, i.e. 45,708 (Forty-Five Thousand, Seven Hundred and Eight Dalasis) Per Annum.
