Job Title: Assistant Labour Officer, Grade 7 Number of Vacancies: One (1) Position Direct Entry: Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Labour Administration/Industrial relations/Public Administration/ Occupational Safety and Health/ Human Resources Management or any other relevant qualification. Duties and Responsibilities This is the basic entry and training grade for the professional cadre; officers will be introduced to range of duties of the Labour Officer grade while under training. Assigned to simple tasks for which they will assume responsibility e.g. some straightforward individual dispute cases. Assist the Labour Officer or Senior Labour Officers with more complex case work and committee work Salary The salary attached to the position is Grade 7, of the Government Integrated New Pay Scale, i.e. D 88,512 ( Eighty-Eight Thousand, Five Hundred and Twelve Dalasi) per annum.
