Deputy CEO Job Overview The Deputy CEO reports directly to the CEO and is accountable to the CEO for the performance of assigned responsibilities and the implementation of delegated decisions. Key Responsibilities; Over day-to-day administration and operations so that services are safe, timely, efficient and patient-centered. Ensure that administrative and operational activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, institutional policies, professional requirements, partner conditions and approved procedures. Experience: The successful candidate should combine senior management experience, strong operational leadership and the ability to manage a specialized health institution. Qualification. A postgraduate degree (master degree) in the health service Management, Hospital Administration, Public Health, Business Administration, Public Administration or a related discipline.
