Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field (mandatory). Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or an MBA will be an added advantage.Skills & Competencies Strong financial and business performance analysis skills. Budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling expertise. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other performance management tools. Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business performance management, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), management reporting, or related functions within the banking or financial services industry. Experience in budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting. Strong understanding of banking products, financial statements, and performance drivers. Proven experience in preparing management and Board-level reports. Experience in data analytics and business intelligence tools will be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the Bank’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes. Monitor and analyze financial and non-financial performance against approved budgets,targets, and strategic objectives. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for Management, BoardCommittees, and the Board of Directors. Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into key drivers of business performance. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, KPIs, and management informationreports.
