Client Portfolio / sales & marketing Officer

Sales /Marketing Job Overview Sablux Gambia Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Portfolio Officer to manage and develop relationships with our existing and prospective clients while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a portfolio of clients and ensure strong customer relationships. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Follow up with clients on enquiries, payments, documentation, and other requests. Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and generate new business. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly. Coordinate with sales, customer service, property management, and finance teams to resolve client matters. Prepare regular reports and updates on portfolio performance. Support client retention and contribute to achieving company sales and revenue targets. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification. Previous experience in client relationship management, sales, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities. Good organizational and follow-up skills. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Previous experience in real estate or property-related services is an advantage.
